By participating in this event, I agree that Restaurant Le 514 will collect and retain my personal information for the purposes of organizing and following up on this event and any future events.

 

In accordance with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, my personal information will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with other participants or third parties. It will be used exclusively by the team to organize matches and coordinate my first date. All communication between matched participants will be facilitated by the team. Contact information will only be shared after the first date, and only with the mutual consent of both participants.
